Northwest Permanente (NWP) has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to share a dynamic practice with three plastic surgeons. Our search is open to currently practicing microvascular-trained plastic surgeons, as well as 2026 microvascular fellows.

 

Our typical case mix Includes:

·         Implant based and autologous breast reconstruction

·         Breast reductions

·         Transgender TOP surgery

·         Lower/upper extremity reconstruction

·         Mohs reconstruction

·         Head and neck reconstruction

·         All types of cancer reconstruction

·         Pressure ulcer reconstruction

·         Burn reconstruction

 

What You Can Expect:

·         Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR with AI Integration   

·         Additional compensation for on-call duties and free flap cases   

·         No hand call, no face call  

·         No non-compete

·         Resident education

 

The annual salary for this position is $513,900 - $546,700 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package ($609,821-$706,000).
