Product Description

Join the Mountain West Society of Plastic Surgeons (MWSPS) for the 10th Annual Meeting scheduled to take place March 6-9, 2025, in Olympic Valley, CA. The 2025 in-person event will provide education in a fun and collegial atmosphere.

Programming will include a day dedicated to resident presentations as well as a mock oral board segment and two days of educational programming covering a wide array of topics within the specialty.

The meeting registration fee includes course materials, admission to the sessions and indicated meals. All registrants must pay the full registration fee. Spouses and accompanying guests who wish to attend the session must register.

A guest ticket is required for all guests who attend any meals during the meeting.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before January 17, 2025, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between January 18, 2025, and February 12, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 12, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Intended Audience

This in-person activity is designed specifically for plastic surgeons, residents, medical students and office professionals.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this live activity, participants should be able to:

  • Incorporate into practice the latest scientific advances impacting plastic surgery.
  • Summarize the latest research and clinical innovations in plastic surgery.
  • Recognize opportunities to increase the safety of both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and Mountain West Society of Plastic Surgeons. ASPS is accredited by ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of TBD AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Of the TBD credits, TBD have been identified as applicable to patient safety.

Recognition Statement

The Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits offered by this activity are enhanced by ASPS Learner Credit Reporting for learners who have opted into this reporting. Successful completion of this CME activity enables active American Board of Surgery (ABS) members the opportunity to earn credit toward the CME requirement of the ABS's Continuous Certification program when claimed within 30 days of completion of the activity.

Participants in ASPS-accredited education who want their CME credits reported to certifying and state licensing boards must opt-in to reporting and add their NPI as well as state license ID and/or collaborating board ID(s) before claiming credit.
