Denervation, or the surgical removal or disruption of nerves, is used to manage certain hand, wrist, and elbow pathologies, particularly in cases where other treatments have not provided adequate relief. The goal is to alleviate pain or improve function by targeting specific nerves associated with chronic pain or dysfunction. The Plastic Surgery The Meeting 2024 is intended for plastic surgeons, residents and para-medical professionals interested in translating expanded knowledge into practice for the improvement of patient outcomes in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
