24-hour
coverage.
Apprenticeship
model
with
individual
training
and
exposure.

general
surgery/plastic
surgery
graduates
(join
fellowship
as
junior
attending)
and
those
who
have
completed
PGY-3
residency.
Advanced
training
in
acute
burn
and
burn
reconstruction
along
with
advanced
laser-reconstructive
surgery.
Ability
to
scrub
general
and
pediatric
plastic
surgery
cases
as
well.

Fellow's

Exposure

facets
of
medicine
including
administration,
financial
education,
quality
improvement,
palliative
care
and
ethics.
