The Plastic Surgery Center and the Institute for Advanced Reconstruction—flagship practices within the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation’s largest reconstructive surgery network—are actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our growing team serving the Lehigh Valley region and surrounding Pennsylvania markets. 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained or experienced surgeon seeking the autonomy and reward of private practice, supported by the collaboration, mentorship, and complex case mix typically found in academic settings.

The Ideal Candidate 

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

• Skilled across a broad range of reconstructive procedures; cosmetic or aesthetic interest a plus 

• Self-motivated and eager to contribute within a dynamic, hybrid private–academic model
