About the Opportunity

Mann Eye Institute, a trusted leader in ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery for nearly five decades, is expanding into comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. We are seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our growing Houston team and help lead the development of a state-of-the-art Cosmetic Center.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and well-rounded plastic surgeon to build and shape a new service line within one of Texas’s most respected, physician-led specialty practices. You’ll collaborate closely with our experienced, ASOPRS-trained Oculoplastic Surgeons, performing a full range of advanced aesthetic and reconstructive procedures while helping to expand our facial and body aesthetics program.

Mann Eye Institute is also in the process of applying for an ACGME-approved ASOPRS fellowship, and we are seeking a facial plastic surgeon who will not only deliver outstanding surgical results but also mentor and train future plastic surgeons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring.
  • Partner closely with the Oculoplastic Surgeon to develop, launch, and grow Mann Eye Institute’s Cosmetic Center.
  • Participate in strategic marketing, patient education, and community outreach initiatives to expand awareness and patient volume.
  • Provide outstanding patient care, emphasizing safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and patient-focused clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
  • Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient connection and education.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build a lasting, high-quality aesthetic practice within a respected, physician-led organization.
