Pincus Plastic Surgery is a high-volume plastic surgery practice with offices in Smithtown, New York and Boca Raton, Florida. Led by Dr. David Pincus, the practice offers comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with a concierge-level patient experience.

We are seeking a full-time, motivated Associate Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team. This position offers a balanced mix of cosmetic surgery and insurance-based reconstructive cases, with the opportunity to build an independent patient base and achieve long-term growth within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
• Perform cosmetic and insurance-based reconstructive procedures
• Assist Dr. Pincus as needed in clinical and surgical cases
• Participate in office and hospital call coverage
• Develop and grow a personal patient base

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency or training program
• Board-eligible or board-certified in plastic surgery, as applicable (ABPS)
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
