The Plastic Surgery Center, proud members of the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation’s largest plastic and reconstructive surgery network, are seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon with microvascular training for New Jersey.

The Ideal Candidate:  

• - Board Certified/ Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon with microvascular training for New Jersey  

• - Fellowship-trained microsurgeon 

• - Passionate about complex reconstructive surgery and advancing surgical innovation 

• - Committed to providing inclusive, patient-centered care 

• - Interested in developing or expanding a gender affirming surgical program 

• - Comfortable managing high-acuity reconstructive cases 

• - Motivated to grow within a collaborative, partnership-track environment 

Compensation & Benefits:

• - Base salary range: $400,000-$500,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
