A note on case mix

Thrive's primary strength is reconstructive surgery, and that's where the bulk of our case volume sits. That said, we know many surgeons coming out of training haven't fully decided how they want to balance reconstructive and aesthetic work — and that's a perfectly normal place to be. We'd rather have that conversation than rule you out. If you're drawn to the reconstructive work but curious about how case mix could evolve, let's talk.

Who We're Looking For

•       MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Plastic Surgery

•       Valid medical license in Texas and/or Kansas, or the ability to obtain one

•       Strong surgical skills paired with a commitment to patient-centered care

•       Team-oriented — someone who wants to be part of a culture, not just collect a paycheck

•       Excited about reconstructive work, even if you're still finding your specific focus
