A busy, surgeon-owned plastic surgery practice in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a BC/BE plastic surgeon to address rapidly growing patient volumes. We are expanding, and we want to bring on the right person to expand with us.

The practice offers many unique advantages not often found in other positions:  a genuine mix of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, an on-site surgical suite, an integrated med spa, established referral networks, and active hospital partnerships. This well established practice offers a stable infrastructure along with the autonomy of a private practice.

What you'll have access to:

    •    Experienced clinical staff

What we're looking for

    •    Board certified or board eligible in Plastic Surgery (ABPS)

    •    Interested in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery

    •    Preference given to applicants with post-graduate experience

    •    Microsurgery training or experience a plus

    •    Active Illinois medical license or able to obtain

    •    Someone looking to plant roots — this is a long-term fit, not a stepping stone

The bigger picture

This practice is not for sale and there is no private equity funding involvement. The goal is to find a surgeon who has a growth mindset with an interest in practice development— someone who sees the upside in being part of a well-positioned, growing private practice in a high-demand market. Partnership and ownership opportunities can become available to qualified partners.
