CHKD’s Surgical Specialty Group is seeking
a full-time board-certified or board eligible
plastic surgeon with passion for caring for
children to join our team.
CHKD’s plastic and oral maxillofacial surgery program provides a full spectrum of
plastic and oral surgery care exclusively to the CHKD Health System. The position
offers an attractive compensation program and outstanding benefits package.
The ideal candidate has completed or is completing a fellowship in pediatric
plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery, or has interest in pediatric/congenital
hand surgery. The applicant will be part of a multidisciplinary team, supported
by advanced practice providers and integrated plastic surgery residents from
Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS).
An academic appointment is available through our affiliation with EVMS. The
division works closely with the medical school to facilitate clinical rotations of
surgical and pediatric residents, as well as medical students.
