Help!

I’m 28 years old I got breast implants in 2017 .

Unfortunately the last year and a half has been nothing but complications and issues . I have exhausted all efforts with autoimmune doctors and different specialists to thinking it’s now BII. Are there any distinct test I should get done before removal and what doctors in buffalo are reputable

If you have not had a good experience with your breast implants, it makes sense to have them removed. It is also possible that your symptoms are unrelated to the implants. Removing them is a good first step (a medical clearance for surgery from your doctor is wise) and then you can work up any symptoms with your medical doctor or rheumatologist.

If the implants are not working out for you replacement does not make sense. If you still want some more volume maybe fat grafting is an option you may want to consider

Hello and thank you for your question. There is no specific test for breast implant illness. It sounds as if you have had a complete workup and removing the implants is a reasonable next step. I recommend using the Plastic Surgeon Match on this website as a resource to find a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. You can search by location. Best of luck!
