23 male i have extremely sensitive nipples and they are quite pointy they have bothered me my whole life because they rub against the shirts and jackets i wear to cover them i want to get them removed so i dont have to feel them on my chest anymore :) honestly its the sensitivity and the way they poke out through the clothes i wear.
Having your nipples completely removed is an extreme solution to an issue that may be solved more easily. Have you considered a nipple reduction or Botox to keep them from getting hard?
