My situation is unique, as i am a young male who is trying to achieve a more curvier bottom half. I already have a naturally large butt, so I am wanting to obtain wider hips to match. For anyone wondering, NO i am not trying to become a woman nor am i transgender. I am skinny and have no excess body fat, so a possible fat transfer is out of the question. What options are available for me?!
The answer is liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. You can do a masculine fat transfer.
Men are coming to me from around the country seeking deeper waists and appropriate curvaceous figure after massive weight loss. In May 2019, I published in Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery my innovative combination of Lipoabdominoplasty with Oblique Flankplasty. If you have fat that can be removed with liposuction, then I can inject that into the hip areas. If you do not then I could do a lateral thigh implant to widen the hip area. I would suggest sending me photo of exactly what you want for a quote. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your question. Available options include fat transfer, a customized silicone implant or use of dermal fillers. Hope that this helps.
