I had my first child - emergency C-section - 10 months ago. I was in great shape before I got pregnant but am struggling post baby. Since the C-section, I have gained weight in my stomach and it all goes right above my incision. Am I a good candidate for liposuction? Is there any chance I can look the same as pre-baby? Also, would I need more than one site sucked on my stomach to look “normal” ?
to look as pevious to the pregnancy it is no posible but can be very close to it
to tell you if you need more areas it will requiere a visit or at least some good pictures
If there is some fat and skin above the scar and the scar is indented, you will likely benefit from a scar revision and maybe some liposuction as well. We tend to see scars stuck down to the muscle wall after c section closures. Removing excess fat with liposuction helps but the scar likely needs to be revised as well to create a smooth flat abdomen.
Hello livkgomes. Is really difficult without a physical or an online evaluation to design a surgical plan to correct and improve your actual condition.
Be aware that aggressive lipo procedures when a Tummy Tuck is needed will worse your problem.
Thank you for sharing your question. Without an exam it is difficult to offer advice but either liposuction or a tummy tuck will be the best treatment options.
You would need to send me photos to see where liposuction would help. Thanks!
