So Im interested in having Breast Lift ....smart lipo to the back ...flanks and abdomen, and a natural looking bbl to add volume and fill hip dips. Are these procedures safe to do all at once? I hear you can't sit on your buttocks after bbl... But then how would I sleep if my breast are recovering too?
These can be done at the same time in most patients. There are pillows that can provide support to the fat grafted areas and reduce the pressure.
It would not be “smart” to do these procedures. “Smart Lipo” (laser lipo) should never be done during a BBL, the laser will injure the precious fat you want to transfer. Also, it’s a terrible procedure, frequently leaves patients with very dense lumpy and unsightly scars. Ultrasonic lipo will also injure the fat you want to transfer. Next man who says you can do both at same time should be forced to position themselves with cushions in suggested position for 24 hours. Furthermore, it is against the law to do a major surgery with a true BBL in Miami because it is not safe. Empower yourself enough to just say no and do these procedures separately, spaced apart by 3-6 months.
