I think you are better off doing the bbl first. You don’t want to waste any fat that you might be able to harvest from the abdomen.

The timing of the surgery depends on your preferences. However, you should use all the available fat as a first procedure for a BBL if this is on your list

Thank you for your question. Assuming you have not had either yet, it would be best to have your BBL performed first, and your MMO in a second stage. This allows your surgeon to use some of the tissue discarded during the MMO for your BBL. Hope this helps
