Penis injection

Is 200cc or less of medical grade silicone safe to be injected in penis/scrotum by a licensed medical professional? This Procedure along with hyaluronic acid fillers and PRP injection is becoming more popular, I am wondering about safety.

Procedure: Dermal Fillers
Location: LA, CA

RUN AWAY! Liquid silicone injections for cosmetic purposes are NOT FDA approved and have a very high failure rate. Any person purporting to do this is most likely NOT a licensed medical professional with appropriate training. This is a procedure that is disastrous and has and could result in penis amputation.

I have a lot of experience removing silicone, hyaluronic acid, fat, and other implants and materials from the penis. Fillers are appealing in that injections are "nonsurgical." However, the long term outcome for fillers, especially silicone and PMMA is not good. Patients develop lumps known as granulomas in different layers of the penis. These can be quite firm and uncomfortable, as well as unpleasant to look at. Removing these lumps can be difficult and risky with complications including loss of skin and sensation. The injectors don't see these problems because they can take years to develop. No material is approved for injection into the penis. You should avoid these procedures.
