That is a very good question and I am asked that often.
If it is for functional reasons and involves other parts of the female anatomy, then an OB-GYN is better suited to treat this condition. If, however, it is more external and of a more cosmetic nature, then a skilled and well trained Plastic Surgeon can perform this procedure. I have personally been performing vaginal rejuvenation and labiaplasty for over 20 years and have had excellent results with the cases I feel I am most able to perform.
