I have gynecomastia all my life. I am a 53 year old white male and would like to work with someone to do a full body on my chest, abs, nap of the neck, chin, bags under the eyes and forehead. I am paying cash so just need something that will not leave a lot of noticable scaring.
It sounds like you want a total body contouring following massive weight loss.If that is the case you will need medical clearance especially if the weight loss is a result of weight loss surgery. Also, with this amount of work it would be safest to stage the surgery in which case the sequence of operations is as important as what is done. If for instance the chest is done before the abdomen the abdominal work can detract from the chest surgery results. As for scarring anywhere an incision is made there will be a scar. The key is to position such scars where they are least noticeable such as skin creases or junctions between aesthetic units. There is no way to predict the quality of the scars before you even have the surgery but preventative measures employing scar taping, injections as needed etc. is the best way to end up with god quality scars. That does not happen if you have surgery and then never see your surgeon again as scar maturation is a process that can take 12 to 18 months
Thank you for your question. Based on your photo that you posted, you are a good candidate for body sculpting and gynecomastia surgery. Not all your requested procedures can be done the same day. Although your gynecomastia is very large and might need skin excision, I prefer to treat this with VASER liposuction first. At the same time, your abdomen can be sculpted, including the anterior and lateral chest wall, whole back, love handles. This would give you the best body contouring. The facial surgery can be done separately. Would need better photos frontal and lateral views to make meaningful comments about the face. I do my VASER Hi Def Lipo via stealth incisions, with no sign that you had surgery. If you need skin excision later for the chest, this will leave a scar.

All of your issues can be addressed, though probably not all at one time. I would do the gynecomastia procedure with contouring of your chest and abdomen dining one procedure, then the facial rejuvenation procedures at another, or in whatever order you desire. I would love to see you in consultation in my office and give you a better detailed plan if you can come up to LA.
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Definitely the best idea is to seek out a series of consultations with ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in order to get the best treatment advice based on your specific tissues and concerns. Everything you listed in your question are areas where surgeries exist to help make an improvement but without an in-person examination it is difficult to make definite recommendations.
I would start doing Gynecomastia first, both with a liposuction of the abdo, and then take care of the other issues. We have now minimal incision techniques for gynecomastia, so don't be afraid of scars. I described a personal technique on gynecomastia that you can check on Pubmed.
