Over liposuction areas

Hello. I'm currently 9 months past my liposuction of my hips and thighs and knees. My doctor who is board certified and had great reviews at the time really over suctioned areas on my knees and didnt take enough on my hips and thighs. Is it to late to see her for corrections or should I seek help elsewhere?

Procedure: Cosmetic Surgery
Location: Diamondhead, MS

I would make an appointment with your surgeon and discuss your concerns., especially if it has been some time since your last visit.

It is not too late to contact your surgeon.

Thank you for sharing your question. Best to contact your surgeon first to see if they can do some type of touch-up or provide some remedy to you.

I would meet with your original surgeon to discuss your concerns. Certainly, your surgeon wants your honest feedback and will likely be more than willing to discuss a number of different options for potential revision. Additionally, your original surgeon is likely to offer the best price for "touch ups"/revisions. In my practice I don't charge for revision surgeries on my current patients (within reason), but always charge a revision patient from a different clinic. Of course- No Surgeon Fee - doesn't mean free surgery. There are always consumables, facility fees, anesthesia charges to be factored into the equation. Best of luck.
