BIA-ALCL usually presents with painless swelling of the affected breast. The masses in your breasts are more likely due to escaped silicon and the body's reaction to it. Likewise, the enlarged lymph nodes probably have silicon in them. Removal of the masses and the involved lymph nodes with examination of the tissues by a pathologist should give you the answer.
