Liposuction would be something you should consider for the arms and abdominal/flank areas. However, depending how much of redundant skin you have and how much your abdominal muscles have stretched, an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with or without liposuction might be warranted as well. It would be best to have a consultations with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over all your options.

You might be a good candidate for liposuction or a tummy tuck or a combination of the two. You would have to be seen in person to determine this. Best of luck

Thank you for sharing your question. For most patients with your narrative a tummy tuck combined with liposuction should achieve a nice improvement to your overall body silhouette. Unfortunately without photographs or an in-person examination it is difficult to offer definite advice, so I recommend seeing a series of surgeons for evaluation. Best wishes

Hi Stacia, thank you for your question. From your story it sounds like you would benefit from a lipoabdominoplasty, where we combine liposuction and abdominoplasty to create a more attractive abdominal contour. I would recommend waiting until you are done having children before you do an abdominoplasty. Generally this surgery will run $12,000-$15,000 for surgeon fee, supplies, anesthesia, OR fees, etc., depending on what is done and where it is performed.

However, without an examination, more pictures, etc., I couldn't make a deformity diagnosis and surgical recommendation. You should find a board certified plastic surgeon and consult with them before making any decisions. Make sure they are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and not a charlatan posing as a "cosmetic surgeon"!! Good luck in your journey.
