I have wide-set very saggy breasts that are presently a large A cup.
I am considering a breast lift, but I do *not* want implants. I cannot find before and after pictures that fit my situation.
What type of result can I expect? Editing to add: I prefer a flat chest to an implant for aesthetic and medical reasons. As I have very little breast tissue, the saggy breasts age me.

You can certainly do a lift without implants. As breasts age, the breast tissue tends to settle into the lower half of the breast. So older women tend to lose their cleavage. This is worse in women with sagging breasts. When you remove the excess skin and reposition the nipple in a breast lift, the breast looks much improved, but there still is not a lot of tissue in the upper half. So the upper breast looks a little scooped out. But it also looks very normal. Some women add an implant to provide a little upper pole fullness, but if you don't want implants, that's perfectly fine. If you are an A cup then you likely do not have much tissue at all to lift. Many times, patient will need an implant to add volume in these situations. Best to be seen in person. Best of luck.
No one can tell you what to expect when we don’t know what you look like now. A breast lift can tighten the skin envelope, reposition the nipple, and lift the bottom of the breast fairly well, but upper pole fullness is usually difficult to obtain without an implant or fat grafting.
You certainly could get a lift. There are other procedures, other than. Implants which might suit you better.

Many women have their situation and it is difficult for them to accept scars such as inverted T, which is necessary in most of them with or without the implant, in your case you must understand that a breast lift without an implant results in a smaller breast initially round and then due to the effect of gravity it becomes natural.
Your anatomy will dictate what results you can get even with the best plastic surgeon

You can not find before and after like you because we all have been created different. The question is with your anatomy what is the best results can be got.
I do not have your pictures to advise. but be realistic and your surgeon needs to be realistic. You might nit be the MISS BREAST of the WORLD based on your anatomy
You are actually describing 3 problems a large space between breasts, small breasts and sagging so it is understandable that it's hard to find relevant before and after photos. There is no way to specifically address your condition without a photo or face to face examination but from your description an implant alone or a lift alone will not resolve the issue. I suspect you will likely need an implant and fat grafting to achieve the desired look. Lifting removes skin so if you want a larger breast you should be very wary of undergoing a lift. Implants don't create natural looking cleavage, which is where the fat grafting can play a role. See more than 1 surgeon before committing to surgery and proceed with caution as this is more complicated than just making breasts larger.
