You would have to check with their facility policy. I do these procedures all the time in my fully accredited office based surgical facility. We can do a virtual consult if you want. Due to the coronavirus issue, we are not allowed to perform this procedure right now, but hopefully soon we will return to regular practice. Unfortunately you will need to read whatever surgical policy that you signed in anticipation of your procedure to know what the stipulations were in reference to a refund. Talk to the office to seek further clarification as needed.
