Hi, My face is very lopsided, the left side eyebrow and eye is more droopy then my right side and my lips are thin and uneven. I don’t like the look of my face at all. I know lip fillers would help my lips but I’m wondering if there’s any cosmetic procedures that could contour/change my whole face as well as the lip fillers or any other suggestions on what could make it look more even? The left eyebrow can be raised with a brow lift. There are 4 different methods I use to achieve that. The lip can be elevated with a lip lift. A well hidden incision under the nose can be used to elevate the lip. Botox can be used to relax the contralateral muscles, for better symmetry.
A semi facelift can be done on the side of the droopy face. Good luck...
