when I was a baby I had 3 heart surgeries so I don't know if that's why I have symmastia or if I was born with congenital symmastia.. I need to know who can fix this so when I have the money I can go to someone that knows what they're doing I've been calling around and can't seem to find a surgeon that can help me..
