Can a crooked rhinoplasty be fixed? Is it worth fixing?

I had a rhinoplasty to remove my hump in 2017. As I was healing I told my surgeon that I could feel lumps of what felt like bone under the skin. He said not to worry, and to leave it to heal. 3 years later, I can still feel the lumps, my bridge is crooked, and my septum leans to one side. Can it be fixed? Is it too mild to warrant another surgery?

Procedure: Rhinoplasty
Location: Cambridge, CA - United Kingdom

Yes it should be possible to straighten your nose and soften the bumps you feel. You would have to be seen in person to review your history and to offer the best surgical plan.

Your photo shows a significant deviation. Revision rhinoplasty to fix this and smooth the dorsum can be done and will likely require cartilage grafting and an open approach. Find a surgeon who is comfortable and experienced doing revision rhinoplasty.
