Indent

Hello. I had plenty of chloroquine injections for malaria as a child. The side effect is that indent on my left butt. Can this be fixed? What would the procedure be & the estimated cost? Thanks

Procedure: Cosmetic Surgery

Hello, this can likely be corrected with autologous fat transfer. It can be be done awake under local anesthesia or under general. The cost varies quite a bit depending on practice and location, and I would estimate anywhere from $2,500-$10,00. I wish you the best.

Fat transferred to the buttocks is the best way to improve scars from the injection of medication are vaccinations. In my experience you can get a 70 to 80% improvement but not perfect.
