Is there anyway for the scars to be made inside the buttocks instead of under the butt and lower back for bbl. also if I had a appendectomy before, is it possible for the lip incisions to me made at those previous incisions?

The scar locations you described are very common because most patients do well with these locations. If you strongly object to them, it is possible to use alternate locations. The scar incision are usually make in the best hidden place up to the areas to be treated, we can use some scars if the pacient already have some ones and do it again to try to get a better one if it doesnt look very well, every case is a different one so we can do different ports considering patient desires.
