the right side of my face droops

When I was in middle school I had an accident where a metal door was slammed into my brow and concussed me for a few months. I’m 24 now and am now realizing (yes) why my face has always looked off on one side in photos for so long. My right side droops slightly more than my left which looks fine. I think the problem might be minor nerve damage but idk what to do to fix it. Can someone help?

Procedure: Cosmetic Surgery
Location: New York, NY

We need to determine the exact cause of the problem and determine what solutions are available

Thank you for sharing your question. A brow injury would not have impacted your lower face but I would seek out in-person consultations with plastic surgeons to identify the differences and make recommendations on treatment options.

Good day and thank you for your question. Dr. Monasebian, our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, will be able to address your concerns. He would have to see you in person to examine your face and review your history. Dr. Monasebian is also trained in Maxillofacial surgery and can assist you. We would be happy to see you if you are in the New York City area. Medical insurance may help cover the costs of the procedure if deemed medically necessary which can be determined at your consultation. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Regards, Dr. Monasebian and Park Avenue Plastic Surgery.
