I have hated my chin and jawline for years. I have previously been told I have a weak chin. Would a chin implant help define my jawline?
Hi there, indeed there is room for improvement in the contour and projection of your chin and lower jaw line. The options are basically two.
One is a permanent silicone implant, it is a quick procedure (around 30 min) there are 2 different incision approaches, one is under the chin and the second is from inside the mouth. Minimal pain involved.
Second option is contouring the chin and jawline with either some type of filler or fat transfer. The filler solution is cheaper but will need redoing every so often. The fat transfer option is pricier but generally will last for many years if not permanent.
