I have sagging breasts and am looking into having a breast lift. I also have alot of extra skin. Does this make a difference in what kind of procedure I will need? I am hoping for a youthful profile or side view. I am a 36DD now, but alot may be due to the extra skin

Depending on the amount of skin, the shape of your breasts, and the outcome you desire, there are many options. Some women with flattened upper poled can benefit from an auto-augmentation mastopexy. This procedure can reposition breast fullness to the upper pole for a more youthful profile. In some cases, women may elect to have an implant if they want additional fullness.

Apparently you have bilateral breast hypertrophy and ptosis (sagging breasts). Best procedure is a bilateral breast reduction with lift. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck.
