My girlfriend wants to get her butt done. She recently had a Sleeve gastrectomy done. She’s loosing weight in all areas a lot so we wanted to get it back to where it was. Curious if the liposuction to the butt was a good idea while she’s still loosing weight? Or what’s a natural looking one what would be good?
It is best to weight at least 6 month after her weight has stabilized or reached ideal body weight (+/- 10 lbs) before having any body contouring surgery. If you have surgery too soon and lose more weight afterwards, things tend to sag again and the results will not last as long.
If weight loss is persisting after fat grafting of the buttocks, then most of the fat graft will be lost.

Hello. After a sleeve gastrectomy the patient must wait till there is no longer loss or gain or weight. From that point on she will need an evaluation for the reconstruction of her body contour by a plastic surgeon. This reconstruction must be perform in differente stages.
If she get into surgery before the propper time results will not last, neither be good.
