Hi. I feel that my chin is too long. Would I be a good candidate for chin reduction and by how much? I have a strong nose so don't want my chin to be too small, just more in proportion. I feel my flat cheeks also make my face look longer. Are cheek implants or fat transfer the better option?

Hello. It is difficult to answer your question without seeing a profile (side) view of your face. As far as cheek implants vs fat grafting, it depends on how much projection you need. A little projection can be achieved with fat grafting, but if you need a lot of height added, then implants would be a better option.
I looked at your photo and your face is oval and your nose tip is prominent and your chin is longer. If I reduced your chin, then it would be square which would make your face more masculine. I probably would recommend check implants which would triangulate your face and bring everything more into proportion. I do this as outpatient with incisions in mouth. You would need to be in area of my offices(MIAMI/Newport Beach/San Francisco and EU but only in December) for at least 4 days.
