I’m 16 years old and a 34J. i know i’m young and don’t plan on getting a reduction anytime soon because i know i’m still growing. However they really bother me and cause so much back pain and ive tried working out and the weight is just getting worse. i’ve always had big breasts. i was a triple D in 6th grade. i’ve always wanted smaller boobs they don’t fit my frame. any advise
It sounds like you may want a breast reduction in the future. However, there are times when a breast reduction can be done at your age. This is a great question. Breast reduction can certainly be done in younger women and even teenagers who have pain problems related to their oversized breasts as you describe.
