had full TT, extended TT, flankplasty, thigh lift. Trying to understand why abd is hard, bulged, and uncomfortable... not much room, unpinchable when erect. Why did it all come to this. Need an expert who is willing to view my records, see me, help me. I'm exhausted and just want to be done. Time money energy. Its about being comfortable not aesthetics. willing to travel. Thank you.
