would it be worth it?

I had a LBL about 3 1/2 years ago. My main concern was my thighs While the rest of my body looks decent ..my thighs do not . I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING to no avail!.I am early 60ish , but still spend a lot of time in my swimsuit and it would be so much more fun if i liked my thighs. So my question is..... would it help to have another thigh lift only?

Procedure: Thigh Lift
Location: Newport Beach, CA

That would depend on whether inadequate thigh dissection was performed at the LBL surgery or a medial thigh lift is necessary. If you see another surgeon it would be helpful to bring a copy of the LBL operative report. Alternatively you could return to your LBL surgeon and have him/her complete the surgery.

Thank you for sharing your question. Unfortunately without photographs it is difficult to comment but since this is an area that causes you concern, it would be best to seek out a few consultations to see if a revision of the outer thighs are inner-thigh lift may be needed

A LBL only raises the outer thighs and unfortunately frequently the saddlebag deformity returns. For permanent improvement of your outer thighs I recommend my original Oblique Flankplasty. For inner thigh laxity you should have a vertical medial thighplasty.
