Had tummy tuck, bbl,lipo 2014
3rd pregnancy 2019
4th pregnancy 2020
is another tummy tuck and lipo possible?

Unless there is some medical reason the history of a tummy tuck doesn't preclude you from having another one. The deciding factors are loose skin, excess fat and lax abdominal muscles.
