What should I get done first??? Eyes or face
Dear Virginia,
Hello and thank you for your excellent question. This really depends on what you look like, and what is the most important area for you. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!

I agree with some of the other answers
Its best to combine procedures for many reasons, otherwise pick the area that will provide the most immediate gratification and do that area first.
Short answer is that if you need both done, do both at same time. Usually a little less money and only one recovery. If you are planning to stage, usually better to do eyes first. Fresh eyes usually result in comments like "You look good".or "Did you lose weight?"Of course, we are talking elective cosmetic surgery and nobody ever died from lack of a blepharoplasty. A qualified surgeon should be able to help you out
