I want to know is there anything that can be done to reduce the appearance of these scars. They a three years old know from a cut from a razor blade.
The scars are thicker than normal scars. Before recommending revising the scars, it would be useful to know if they were originally sutured or allowed to heal on their own. Also do you have other scars, perhaps from surgery and are they thickened or flat?
