Can I get my eyebrows micro bladed/shaded before I consider having under eye bags surgery in the next year or two?
Yes, I see no problem with this. The issue can be sometimes folks do microblading and their brow is not in the right position to start , which if corrected later results in tattoos placed too high. Enjoy!
