According to you what features should be there to call a nose aesthetically pleasing, considering dimensions, the tip, angles et cetera (considering breathing function is normal)?

It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. There is no one answer to this question, but I will often use ratios / proportions as a starting point when thinking about a rhinoplasty. In the end, this is a very in depth discussion between surgeon and patient, since it is the patient’s goals and ideals that we want to address. This should not be cookie cutter surgery!
