Good morning, my wife has worked very hard, after gastric by pass, to not only keep the weight off, but also lose additional weight (almost 200 pounds total). She looks amazing! But... she struggles with the extra hanging skin and would need a lower body lift(?) to tighten everything. I am looking for recommendations for this procedure from an affordable surgeon near me. (Modesto CA) Any input?
