It looks like the outside (lateral) corner is low on both sides., clearly lower on your left. Are you looking to make the right look more like the left side?

I have done procedures to correct for this. Lifting that corner and attaching it to the orbital bone is called a Canthopexy

Based on the pictures posted, it seems the one eye lateral lid laxity, possible disruption of the latera canthal ligament or the suture used did not hold.

There might be some conjunctival edema and with the redness of the scar it seems this is very early after surgery. This lateral lid laxity, Lateral canthal ligament laxity, can be corrected. Needs another surgery by a very technically proficient Plastic Surgeon.

There are many excellent plastic surgeons in your area who can evaluate and correct the issues.

Start by talking to your original surgeon. It is important that you are both on the same page as to what the issue is. If he/she doesn't understand why you are unhappy, then you are setting yourself up for more heartache. It will also be more straightforward to address the issues with the right eye using the left eye as the 'model' eye. Trying to make adjustments simultaneously to both eyes will make it more difficult to achieve the best symmetry possible. Also keep the right eye lubricated well with eye drops.
