Bottoming out?

I’m 3ypo and think I’ve bottomed out :( Can anyone give their feedback/advice on this? I won’t go back to the same surgeon so how do I best find one that will fix this?

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Location: Saline, MI

There definitely appears to be significant asymmetry. The right breast appears both larger and lower. There can be different reasons for the difference in the levels of the breasts. Certainly the surgeon can be to blame, but it is also possible that your breasts were asymmetric before the surgery.

If, for instance the crease of one breast is higher or more firm, the final position of the implant will be higher after swelling subsides. Often this can be repaired. If you no longer feel comfortable with your current surgeon you could get a second opinion from a surgeon that has experience in repairing your particular problem

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. There is a significant asymmetry present but difficult without further information, and an in-person examination, to know what may be taking place. Looks more like an implant deflation than a bottoming out as your incisions, nipple positions and nipple to fold distances look appropriate and other volume differences are apparent.
