Hello, Your jaw is small and back, you are a candidate for surgery to advance the jaw. This procedure would improve facial aesthetics, because it would recover the proportion of the lower facial third, and also improve the bite and angle of the neck and

If you want fillers, you need a lot of quantity and the result would not be the same as a bone structure surgery

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It appears that 2-3 syringes would work well for your chin and anterior jawline. If you wish to add further definition to the back jawline then likely 4-5 syringes would be needed.

Thank you for your question! Although it is difficult to say without an in-person examination, you should be a good candidate for Radiesse injection. Calcium hydroxylapatite (commonly referred to as Radiesse) is firmer than most fillers, so it’s a frequent fix for deep, deep groves and to enhance bony contours, such as the jawline. Know that this product typically lasts anywhere between 12 and 24 months.

But buyer beware; injection techniques can vary. It’s the art and science of what doctors do, and it’s important to choose your doctor wisely. I suggest finding a physician with plenty of experience using this product. I suggest making an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
