Forehead Modification?

As you can see in the photo, I have these sort of dents on each side of my forehead. Is there anything that can be get done to fix this or make it less prominent? I'm incredibly self-conscious about it and am afraid the problem will get worse as I get older.

Procedure: Cosmetic Surgery
Location: Cincinnati, OH

You could probably benefit for transferring fat to blend the “dents” which appear to be the edge of your temporalis muscles

Fat transfer to the areas is one option. different fillers may also be helpful. For instance, Voluma, Radiesse and Sculptra last a long time and can be used to fill the area close to the skull. Although these are not permanent, the procedure is far less invasive than most.

I would recommend that you consult with a board=certified plastic surgeon in your area to get more details.

One practical option for correction of this problem is to undergo a procedure to reposition scalp tissue (fascia) that is under your hair bearing scalp to fill in the defects. This would require two small incisions within the hair but no incision on the visible skin of the forehead. Flaps of fascia are highly reliable compared to fat grafts which have a considerable risk of resorption.
