About 10 years ago I had brachioplasty but my arms are far from small enough and they are still so heavy and the fat hangs over my elbows which I hate. I am too embarrassed to wear short sleeves because they are so awful. Also I could wear a Medium in tops but need a large or extra large to fit my arms. The elbow overhang is worse than the large size in my own head. Can this be fixed?
