I am having a TT after 100+ weight loss (diet & exercise) with fat transfer to my breast to correct asymmetry. I understand that only so much can be done with fat grafting. Can implants be still an option for augmentation after fat transfer ?
You certainly can get get breast implants at a later date after fat grafting to the breasts. You can also do both at the same time. Good luck.
